General Rules and Regulations
1. Students are expected to wear his/her required uniform with ID and log-in upon entering the library.
2. Sleeping, eating, smoking, and drinking are not allowed inside the library.
3. Reference books reserved reading materials, periodicals, teachers' manuals and bibles are not for borrowing.
4. All library users are requested to return reading materials at the designated area after use. No user is permitted to re-shelve any reading material.
5. Stealing of any library properties is strictly prohibited.
6. Students bringing co-students from other school to use the library is not allowed
7. Writing on or underlining in library reading materials, tearing pages from books or damaging library reading materials in any other way is strictly prohibited.
8. Drawing and writing on library tables, walls, windows or doors of the library is strictly prohibited.
9. Any student, whose library conduct is unbecoming, will be reported to the disciplinary committee for action.
Loan Period
• Faculty can borrow a maximum of five (5) books for one month and must be return on its due date
• Students may borrow three (3) books at a time with different titles with the duration of two (2) hours.
Overnight Borrowing
• Overnight borrowing issued at 4:00 pm and must be returned not later than 8:00 am of the next day except Saturdays and holidays.
Fines and Penalties
• Overdue charges will be collected from those who will not able to return the materials on its due date amounting to 50 centavos per hour.
• Lost borrowed materials must be reported immediately to the librarian. Lost item/s must be replace with the same item or pay the current market value of the item/s.
Internet Policy
